强有力的思想政治工作,是培养“四有”职工队伍,促进精神文明建设和物质文明建设取得双丰收的重要保证。而做好人的工作,转变人的观念,调动人的积极性是思想政治工作非常关键的内容。本文试从心理学、管理学的角度就思想政治工作中经常采用激励手段以调动人们的积极性这个问题,作初步的分析和探讨。
A strong ideological and political work is an important guarantee for cultivating a contingent of “four staffs” and promoting a double harvest of spiritual civilization and material civilization. To do a good job in people’s work, to change people’s ideas and to mobilize people’s enthusiasm is a very crucial part of ideological and political work. This article attempts to make a preliminary analysis and discussion on the issue of using motivation to mobilize people’s enthusiasm in ideological and political work from the perspective of psychology and management science.
