性功能障碍主要包括阳萎、勃起不坚、早泄、不射精、逆行射精、性欲异常和性快感消失等.其中大部分是由心理因素引起的,也有相当一部分与某些疾病有关。疾病一方面影响性器官的神经支配、血管供应和内分泌机能,另一方面则可通过影响患者的心理活动导致性功能的改变.现就影响性功能的常见疾病简介如下:
