通过论述煤炭资源城市循环经济发展要求及现状,在分析了鹤岗市循环经济发展思路及遵循原则的基础上,对煤炭城市发展循环经济的必要性和发展思路进行剖析与研究,在此基础上提出了循环经济发展建议和对策探讨。
