郑祖斌,1944年出生,福建福州连江人。号煮冰,梅君子,自得斋主人。1963年毕业于福州工艺美术专科学校,后深造于四川美术学院。受业于陈子奋、潘主兰、龚礼逸、沈福文等老师。国家一级美术师,中国当代艺术家协会终身名誉主席,英国皇家艺术研究院荣誉院士客座教授,台北故宫书画院终身名誉院长客座教授,瑞典皇家艺术学院荣誉博士,中国书画研究院常务理事、华夏文艺出版社终身名誉社长,福建海峡书画研究院常务副秘书长,福建省政协画室画师,福建电视台原主任编辑,福建海外联谊会理事。
