教学是一门探索无止境的艺术。在平时的听课中常会发现:有的教师讲授滔滔不绝,思路清晰,而学生却昏昏欲睡,云雾缭绕;有的课堂热热闹闹,多媒体充分利用,一节课结束学生却不知道这节课需要掌握些什么,“语文味”荡然无存;有的教师简单安排后,让学生大量做题,结果时间浪费了,收效甚微;但是,也有教师导入精彩,讲解适时,充满激情,有效讨论,高效练习,提高了学生内化知识、运用知识的能力。
