近年来,临河糖厂甜菜产区甜菜品质及含糖大幅度下降.1990年下降较为明显,1991~1992年针对其下降的诸多因素采取了相应的对策和改善措施,使甜菜品质及含糖率有所提高.为了进一步加速提高甜菜品质及含糖率,分析其低糖原因、明确主攻方向,有针对性地采取各项措施是十分必要的.一、通过对内蒙西部地区各糖厂1986~1990年10月份菜丝含糖及原汁纯度比较看出,1990年比1986年菜丝含糖与原汁纯度分别下降3.1%与2.65%,尤以巴盟地区各糖厂下降更为明显。临河糖厂1990年比1986年菜丝含糖与原汁纯度分别下降4.426%与2.11%,而块根含水率却提高4.1%.通过多次研讨会论证,含糖下降的原因
