1986年,中国企业管理咨询公司根据“抓管理、上等级,全面提高企业素质”的要求,积极开展企业管理咨询服务。全年先后咨询过的企业共20个。常州继电器厂、苏州电冰箱厂、北京环宇电机厂是我们在过去几年已经咨询过并对他们进行长期咨询的老客户。我们每年至少去一次,一是为了对咨询的效果加以“追踪”,看咨询方案落实如何;二是根据企业面临的新情况、新问题,每年按不同重点继续提供咨询。这样就使咨询可以有一定的连续性,既有利于企业在提高管理,提高效益方面得以不断有所进展,也使咨询人员自身在一个长过程的观察和实践中得到锻炼和提高。
In 1986, the Chinese enterprise management consulting company actively carried out business management consulting services according to the requirements of “focusing on management, ranking, and comprehensive improvement of corporate quality”. A total of 20 companies have been consulted throughout the year. Changzhou Relay Factory, Suzhou Refrigerator Factory, and Beijing Huanyu Motor Factory are regular customers that we have consulted and consulted for a long time in the past few years. We go at least once a year. First, we must “track” the effectiveness of the consultation to see how the consultation plan is implemented. Second, we will continue to provide consultations according to different priorities each year based on new situations and new issues the company is facing. In this way, consultation can have a certain degree of continuity, which will not only help the company to make continuous progress in improving management and improving profits, but also allow the consultants themselves to exercise and improve in a long process of observation and practice.
