目的:探究提升急诊重症监护室护理质量有效方法。方法:将2015年1月至2017年1月收治的2582例急诊重症监护患者作为本次临床研究资料,然后采用回顾性分析的方式,探讨急诊重症监护室提高护理质量的有效方法。结果:引入“优质服务示范工程”后,急诊重症监护室压疮发生率及院内感染率分别下降至0.8%和6.41%,护理满意程度上升至98.3%。结论:“优质服务示范工程”引入,有利于减少急诊重症监护室护理不良事件发生,提升ICU患者护理满意程度,因此今后在急诊重症监护室中,要注重“优质服务示范工程”引入推广。
Objective: To explore effective ways to improve the quality of emergency intensive care unit care. Methods: Totally 2582 emergency intensive care patients admitted from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the clinical study materials. Then retrospective analysis was conducted to find out the effective ways to improve the nursing quality in the emergency intensive care unit. Results: After introduction of “Quality Service Demonstration Project”, the incidence of pressure ulcer and nosocomial infection in emergency ICU decreased to 0.8% and 6.41% respectively, and the satisfaction degree of nursing increased to 98.3%. Conclusion: The introduction of “Quality Service Demonstration Project” is conducive to reducing the incidence of nursing adverse events in emergency intensive care unit and enhancing the degree of satisfaction with nursing care in ICU patients. Therefore, in the emergency intensive care unit, attention should be paid to the “Quality Service Demonstration Project” Introduced promotion.
