党中央、国务院对农村基层政权和基层组织建设非常重视和关心。把它视为关系国家政局稳定、经济稳定和社会稳定的一项基础工作。在当前国际政治局势剧烈动荡和国内治理整顿,深化改革的新形势下,加强基层政权建设和基层组织建设,显得更加重要和紧迫。为此,湖南省各级党委,根据中央的有关精神,在农村基层建设方面,着重抓了两件事。
The Central Party Committee and the State Council attach great importance and concern to the construction of rural grass-roots political power and grassroots organizations. Think of it as a basic work that has a bearing on the country’s political stability, economic stability and social stability. Under the new situation of violent turmoil in the current international political situation and the consolidation of governance and deepening of domestic reforms, it is even more important and urgent to step up the building of grassroots political power and grassroots organizations. To this end, the party committees at all levels in Hunan Province, in accordance with the relevant spirit of the Central Government, have focused on two major issues concerning the building of rural grass-roots units.
