应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法和丙二醛法对32例结肠癌及癌旁组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和自由基代谢产物过氧化脂质(LPO)含量测定,检测结果表明,结肠癌组织中SOD活性及LPO含量均高于癌旁组织及距离癌10cm组织(P<0.01),而结肠癌病人血清中SOD活性与正常对照组相比无显著性(P>0.05),但LPO含量两组间差异显著(P<0.05).提示,结肠癌发病可能是由于自由基代谢紊乱.引发DNA脱氢、断键发生畸变致癌.
Xanthine oxidase and malondialdehyde were used to determine the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in 32 cases of colon cancer and paracancerous tissues. The results showed that the colon cancer was detected. The activity of SOD and the content of LPO in the tissues were higher than those in the adjacent tissue and 10 cm away from the cancer (P<0.01). However, the SOD activity in the serum of colon cancer patients was not significantly different from that in the normal control group (P>0.05). However, there was a significant difference in LPO content between the two groups (P<0.05). Tip, the incidence of colon cancer may be due to free radical metabolism disorder. Initiate dehydrogenation of DNA and break bonds to cause cancer.
