有关噻唑偶氮类试剂的评述均指出,这类试剂相当灵敏,且选择性较吡啶偶氮类试剂为佳,这值得进一步研究。本文报告2-(6-溴-2-苯并噻唑偶氮)-5-二甲氨基酚[2-(6-Bromo-2-benzothiazolylazo)-5-dimethyla-minophenot,简写为Br-BTAM]及-5-二乙氨基酚[-5-diethylaminophenol,简写为Br-BTAE]试剂的合成及其分析性能的研究。前一试剂尚未见文献报导;后者曾用于镉的测定,但只有摘要,未见合成方法及分析性能的详情。实验部分主要试剂及仪器试剂 1.各种有机合成用中间体及有关试剂:
Comments on the thiazole azo reagents have pointed out that these reagents are quite sensitive, and the selectivity is better than the pyridine azo reagent, which deserves further study. In this paper, 2- (6-Bromo-2-benzothiazolylazo) -5-dimethylaminophenol (Br-BTAM) -5-diethylaminophenol [Br-BTAE] and its analytical properties. The former reagent has not been reported in the literature; the latter has been used for the determination of cadmium, but only the abstract, no synthesis method and analysis of the details of the performance.
