以Ti Cl_4为原料,采用沉淀法制备出均一粒径的Ti O_2微球。利用XRD、SEM、TG,反射光谱仪对Ti O_2微球进行了结构表征与性能测试。考察了尿素用量、溶剂种类和用量、Ti Cl_4浓度、羟丙基纤维素(HPC)质量浓度和合成时间对制备Ti O_2微球的影响。Ti O_2微球的最佳合成条件为:c(Ti Cl_4)=0.2 mol/L,V(水)∶V(正丙醇)=1∶3,n(尿素)∶n(Ti Cl_4)=6∶1,HPC的质量浓度为0.85 g/L,90℃下反应80 min,焙烧温度为500℃。在此条件下,Ti O_2微球产率87.9%,其粒径可达2~3μm。以该Ti O_2微球制备干化学体外诊断试剂的反射、扩散双功能层,结果表明:在400~780 nm可见光范围内,双功能层的光反射率达90.7%以上。血清经双功能层扩散至试剂层,反应后形成的斑点颜色均一,表明血清经此双功能层扩散均匀且重复性好。
With TiCl 4 as raw material, Ti 2 O 6 microspheres with uniform particle size were prepared by precipitation method. The structure and properties of Ti O_2 microspheres were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG and reflectance spectroscopy. The effects of urea dosage, solvent type and amount, Ti Cl 4 concentration, HPC concentration and synthesis time on the preparation of Ti 2 O 2 microspheres were investigated. The optimum synthesis conditions of Ti O_2 microspheres were as follows: c (Ti Cl 4) = 0.2 mol / L, V (water) : 1, the mass concentration of HPC is 0.85 g / L, the reaction is carried out at 90 ℃ for 80 min and the calcination temperature is 500 ℃. Under this condition, the yield of Ti O_2 microspheres is 87.9%, and its particle size can reach 2 ~ 3μm. The Ti 2 O 2 microspheres were used to prepare the birefringent and diffusible bilayers of the chemical in vitro diagnostic reagents. The results showed that the optical reflectance of the bifunctional layer was over 90.7% in the visible light range of 400-780 nm. The serum diffuses into the reagent layer through the bifunctional layer, and the spots formed after the reaction are uniform in color, which indicates that the serum is diffused evenly and has good repeatability by the bifunctional layer.
