在制备聚苯乙烯(S)-聚丁二烯(B)-聚苯乙烯(S)嵌段共聚物(SBS)的反应过程中,需要快速准确地了解苯乙烯单体(S)的残留量,以便确定终止反应时间或者进行下一步反应。常规化学分析的方法不能满足生产或试验操作的需要,若直接采用气相色谱法测定,则由于样品中含有大量的聚合物,会对汽化器、柱子、检测器产生严重的污染。本工作采取将样品先用沉降剂分离出聚合物组分,再进行色谱分析的方法,较好地解决了以上的问题。
