我国机动车报废量进入了快速增长阶段,而目前部分车辆的技术状况已不能满足有关要求,对道路交通安全、环境产生危害,因此,出台新的机动车强制报废标准已势在必行。
China’s automobile scrapped capacity has entered a phase of rapid growth. At present, the technical condition of some vehicles can no longer meet the relevant requirements and endanger road traffic safety and the environment. Therefore, it is imperative to introduce a new mandatory vehicle obsolescence standard.
