Intracranial epithelioid cysts and dermoid cysts are relatively rare, is one of the congenital intracranial tumors, our department in recent years by surgery and pathology confirmed a total of 25 cases. The authors discuss some of the issues related to diagnosis and treatment with respect to CT findings of some of these cases and microscopic findings of cyst wall as follows. Clinical data The group of 25 patients, 11 males and 14 females. Age 5 to 52 years old; 20 to 40 years old in 16 cases, accounting for about 64%. Duration of 8 months to 10 years, an average of 5 years, accounting for 0.5% of brain tumors in the same period.
