作为一线公证人员,近年来,笔者受理的房产赠与公证逐年增多,或为降低房产交易赋税,或为规避楼市限购政策、或为取得学区房,或为避免子女争夺遗产或办理复杂的继承公证手续等。通过公证对房产赠与进行把关,对平衡赠与双方权利义务关系,维系婚姻家庭关系和谐稳定,保障国家税收具有重要作用,笔者在办理房产赠与公证的过程中积累了些许经验,在此和大家分享,以进一步加深对房产赠与公证的认识和把握。
