工学结合人才培养模式,是职业教育课程建设所采用的最佳模式之一,是新形势下职业教育教学改革的重要课题,它有利于提高学生的职业综合素质,有利于提高职业人才对社会经济需求的适应能力。大力推进工学结合的人才培养模式,适合我国经济社会快速发展和建设和谐社会的需要,探索具有中国特色的高等职业教育发展观,已成为当前高等职业教育改革与发展的突出问题。笔者从工学结合人才培养模式的内涵、切入点、课程体系、管理体制以及应解决的一些重要关系等内容进行了探讨。
The combination of work and study is one of the best modes for the construction of vocational education curriculum. It is an important issue in the teaching reform of vocational education in the new situation. It is helpful to improve the overall quality of students’ occupation and helps to improve the social economy The ability to adapt to demand. Vigorously promoting the combination of work and study personnel training mode, suitable for China’s rapid economic and social development and building a harmonious society needs to explore with Chinese characteristics, the concept of higher vocational education, has become the current higher vocational education reform and development of the outstanding issues. The author discusses the connotation, starting point, curriculum system, management system and some important relationships that should be solved from the combination of work and study.
