当下大家越来越认识到校长的文化自觉对于学校办学的重要作用,因为只有当一个校长具有文化自觉之后,他才会领导学校能动地贯彻有关方针政策,主动地去应对社会的压力、世俗的偏见和功利的诱惑,从而自觉地去思考教育的本质和学校的办学规律,引领学校实现自主发展。校长的文化自觉涉及学校发展的多个领域,学校教育的规律告诉我们:学校的文化建设最应成为校长的文化自觉,它也是校长办学的一项重要的使命。
Nowadays, people are increasingly aware of the important role that the headmaster’s cultural awareness plays in running a school. Only when a headmaster has cultural awareness can he lead the school to actively carry out the relevant guidelines and policies and take the initiative in coping with social pressures.
