为探讨Tg在IDD研究中的价值,利用两种Tg药盒(下称Tg〈A法〉和Tg〈B法〉)对相同对象同时测定进行比较。观察对象为长期供碘盐的大别山区霍山县太平畈乡小学和未补碘地区合肥市小学8~10岁儿童。结果表明大别山组儿童尿碘、血清FT3、FT4值均显著高于合肥市组儿童(0.0005<P<0.05),Tg〈A法〉结果与TSH值显著低于合肥市组(0.001<P<0.05),但Tg〈B法〉结果与TSH及T〈A法〉结果相反。两法测定结果无相关性(P>0.05)。Tg〈A法〉结果与尿碘水平TSH值均有显著直线相关关系(P<0.001),而Tg〈B法〉结果无上述规律。结论是Tg在评价碘营养状态时比TSH更敏感,药盒的选择是保证结果一致性的关键。
To explore the value of Tg in IDD studies, simultaneous determination of the same subjects was performed using two Tg kits (hereinafter referred to as Tg and Tg ).
