2009年11月14日,国务院发展研究中心金融研究所副所长巴曙松受招商银行青岛分行邀请来到青岛,为青岛市政府领导干部作了名为“2010年金融和经济形势”的主题报告。旨在为大家梳理了应对危机一周年以来政策的趋势和脉络,展望了2010年的金融走势,并预计了可能出现的困难和挑战。以下是本刊记者巫彬根据本次演讲录音所作的整理报道,希望他的观点与判断,能使读者对未来中国经济有更清晰的认识和判断。
On November 14, 2009, Ba Shusong, deputy director of the Institute of Finance under the State Council Development Research Center, was invited by Qingdao Branch of China Merchants Bank to Qingdao to give a speech entitled “2010 Financial and Economic Situation” for leading cadres of Qingdao Municipal Government. Thematic reports. It aims to sort out the trends and contexts of the policies since the first anniversary of the crisis and looks forward to the financial trends in 2010 and anticipates the possible difficulties and challenges. The following is a compilation of reports made by our reporter Wu Bin on the basis of this speech recording.
