作者已搞清丹参的肾功能改善作用物质为Lithospermic acid B Mg 盐。此次为搞清紫丹参(Salvia yunnanensis)的酚性成分与丹参之异同,以分离其成分及确定结构为目的进行了研究。将生药的水性丙酮提取物经Sephadex LH-20, MCI-gel CHP20P等柱层析分离精制,除得到Lithospermic acid B以外,还分离出新化合物Yunnaneic acid A(1)及B
The authors have ascertained that the substance responsible for improving renal function of Salvia miltiorrhiza is Lithospermic acid B Mg salt. The purpose of this study was to clarify the similarities and differences between the phenolic components of Salvia yunnanensis and Salvia miltiorrhiza, and to study the purpose of separating the components and determining the structure. The aqueous acetone extract of crude drug was separated and purified by column chromatography such as Sephadex LH-20 and MCI-gel CHP20P. In addition to Lithospermic acid B, the new compounds Yunnaneic acid A(1) and B were also isolated.
