近年来,我国青年理论刊物重复刊用同一文稿的现象时有发生,引起编者和读者的强烈不满。因为这种现象既浪费了编稿审稿人员的时间和精力,占去了有限的刊物篇幅,使刊物的信息量减少;又不利于扶持学界新人的成长。使青年研究的理论水平下降。同时,给社会印刷部门造成重复劳动。发生重稿现象,主要是作者一稿多投造成的。其目的:一是为了多捞稿费,不讲文德,二是为了争取自己的成果早日面世,而寄希望于“东方不亮西方亮”。
In recent years, the phenomenon of repeated publication of the same manuscript by our youth theoretical journals has aroused strong dissatisfaction among editors and readers. Because this phenomenon not only wasted the time and effort of manuscript reviewers, took up limited space for publications, and reduced the amount of information for publications.
