对不同再生粗集料取代率的再生混凝土进行了7天、28天抗压强度和28天抗折强度试验以及28天磨耗性试验,通过掺加聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维,对再生混凝土耐磨性进行强化。试验结果表明:再生混凝土的强度随着再生粗集料取代率的增加而降低,磨耗值随着取代率的增加而增加,且当取代率低于30%时,满足相关规范对路面抗弯拉强度的要求。聚丙烯纤维钢纤维均对再生混凝土耐磨性有增强和改善作用,且聚丙烯纤维掺量为0.8kg/m~3,钢纤维体积掺量为1.5%时耐磨性最好。
The recycled concrete with different recycled coarse aggregate replacement rate was tested for 7 days, 28 days compressive strength, 28 days flexural strength test and 28 days wear resistance test.
