在燃气采暖热水炉最新国家标准GB25034-2010中,对热水炉工作时的热效率,采暖性能等试验的测试方法,均要求进出水温度恒定或接近一个固定值。如果单靠热水炉自带的温控系统,有时并不能达到要求的温度条件。本系统利用ARM9芯片S3C2440作为平台,通过采集进出水温度信号,利用模糊控制技术,输出电压改变比例阀的开度调节水流量,从而达到进出水温差可控的效果。
