用凝集素亲和细胞化学ABC法比较分析了63例7~38周人胚胎升结肠和降结肠粘膜凝集素受体的定位分布.发现升结肠粘膜能表达刀豆素A受体和大豆素受体,降结肠粘膜能表达刀豆素体、大豆素受体和荆豆素-1受体,且升结肠和降结肠的刀豆素A受体和大豆素受体存在量的差异,两段结肠粘膜均不表达麦胚凝集素受体.表明:在胚胎发育过程中,升结肠和降结肠粘膜的糖复合物既有一定的相似性,也存在质和量的差异.
