为探索早熟油菜碳氮代谢机理,以早熟油菜中油116(ZY116)、中早熟油菜L01和中晚熟油菜品种浙双8号(ZS8)为材料,研究开花后蔗糖磷酸合成酶(SPS)、蔗糖合成酶(SS)、谷氨酸合成酶(GOGAT)和谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)等碳氮代谢关键酶及各生育时期全氮和可溶性糖含量的变化特征。研究结果表明,早熟油菜初花期叶片的GS活性低于中晚熟品种,SPS活性高于中晚熟品种,在角果形成初期籽粒的GOGAT活性高于中晚熟品种,角果成熟后期SS活性低于中晚熟品种。油菜蕾薹期C/N达到最高值,然后逐渐下降。而不同油菜品种的开花前C/N最高值不同,早熟油菜C/N最高值低于中晚熟油菜。
In order to explore the mechanism of carbon and nitrogen metabolism in precocious rapeseed, early maturing rapeseed oil 116 (ZY116), middle-early maturing rape L01 and medium-late-ripening rape variety ZS8 were used to study the effects of sucrose phosphate synthase (SPS) (SS), glutamate synthase (GOGAT) and glutamine synthetase (GS), and the contents of total nitrogen and soluble sugar in different growth stages. The results showed that the GS activity of early flowering rape leaves was lower than that of middle and late maturing cultivars, and the activity of SPS was higher than that of middle and late maturing cultivars. The GOGAT activity of grains was higher than that of middle and late maturing cultivars, Late maturing varieties. Rape bud stage C / N reached the highest value, and then gradually decreased. However, the highest C / N value of different rape cultivars before flowering was different, and the highest C / N value of early ripe rape was lower than that of middle-late ripe rapeseed.
