目的:探讨痛风I号对痛风的治疗作用。方法:采用大鼠痛风性关节炎模型及镇痛实验方法,研究痛风I号水提物的抗痛风作用及初步机制和镇痛作用。结果:痛风I号水提物大剂量有明显抑制大鼠足跖肿胀作用,并可抑制炎性组织中PGE2的生物合成,同时具有一定的镇痛作用。结论:痛风I号水提物对痛风有一定的治疗作用,值得进一步研究。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect of gout I on gout. METHODS: The rat model of gouty arthritis and analgesic experiment were used to study the anti-gout effect, preliminary mechanism and analgesic effect of Gout I water extract. Results: A large dose of water extract of Gout I significantly inhibited the swelling of the paws in rats and inhibited the biosynthesis of PGE2 in inflammatory tissues. It also had certain analgesic effects. Conclusion: Gout I water extract has a certain therapeutic effect on gout and is worthy of further study.
