当前,全国政法机关正在开展社会主义法治理念教育活动。如何正确理解社会主义法治理念的基本内涵及其重要性,进而为检察机关开展社会主义法治理念教育活动指明途径与方法,是摆在我们面前的重大课题。笔者就上述问题谈谈自己的看法。
At present, the political and legal organs throughout the country are carrying out the concept of socialist education under the rule of law. How to correctly understand the basic connotation and importance of the concept of the socialist rule of law so as to provide the procuratorial organs with ways and means to conduct education on the concept of the rule of law in the socialist legal system is a major issue before us. The author talks about his own views on the above issues.
