磁电编码器作为宜科编码器家族的新成员,它是一种新型的角度或位移测量装置,采用磁阻或者霍尔元件对变化的磁性材料的角度或位移值进行测量。磁性材料的角度或位移的变化会引起电阻或电压产生一定的变化,这时,磁电编码器会通过放大电路,将其中的变化量进行放大,进而通过单片机处理后输出脉冲信号或模拟量信号,从而达到测量的目的。磁电编码器由采样检测和放大输出两部分构成。其中,采样检测一般采用桥式电路完成,分为半桥和全桥两种;而放大输出一般则通过三极管和运放等器件实现。
