一、要处理好思想政治工作与党建工作的关系思想政治工作和党建工作都是党的工作的重要组成部分,是党的政治优势的体现和党的优良传统,是我们党永远立于不败之地、能带领群众从一个胜利走向另一个胜利的根本原因。两者的不同之处是,思想政治工作是用无产阶级先进的世界观、人生观、价值观为导向,以激励广大群众积极投身革命和建设实践为目的,有组织、有计划进行的思想引导和教育活动。其工作对象主要是广大人民群众;当前的党建工作是根据我们党在新时期的性质、宗旨、任务,进行的自身政治、理论建设,组织建设和思想、作风建设,其行为主体和工作对象主要是党组织和党员自身。两者的方向、目标是一致的,两者的具体任务、性质有所差别。
