远视力是被用作了解人眼功能的一项定量检测指标,但可受很多因素影响,具有一定的局限性。为使视力在评价视觉状态,特别是在了解屈光与其关系上更有意义,而且要求简便、实用,我们曾于1979年设计一种视力定性方法,即视力负荷试验。通过长期实践,进一步证明这一方法的有效性与可行性,兹介绍如下。方法一、测定项目:近视力、远视力、屈光。二、检查方法:①各项检查均按常规操作,固定人员进行。②选用国际标准视力表测定视力。⑨屈光测定均为散瞳检影(<18岁用阿托品散瞳)。④视力负荷试验:测定远视力后即戴上+0.5D 球镜,再测视力,记录变化情况,单眼进行。
Far vision is used as a quantitative measure of human eye function, but it can be affected by many factors, with some limitations. In order to make vision more useful in assessing the visual state, especially in understanding the relationship between refractive and its requirements, and requiring simplicity and practicality, we designed a visual acuity method in 1979, the visual acuity test. Through long-term practice, to further prove the effectiveness and feasibility of this method, are introduced below. Method One, measurement items: near vision, far vision, refraction. Second, the inspection methods: ① The inspection are based on conventional operations, fixed personnel. ② choose the international standard vision chart for measuring vision. ⑨ refractive determination of mydriasis retinoscopy (<18 years old with atropine mydriasis). ④ visual acuity test: after measuring the distance vision to wear +0.5 D spherical mirror, re-test visual acuity, record changes, monocular.
