为了配制满足机场道面工程设计与施工要求的再生混凝土,采用掺加优质粉煤灰和高效外加剂的“双掺”技术路线,进行了机场道面再生混凝土的抗冻性、抗渗性和耐磨性试验研究。抗冻性试验采用快冻法,抗渗性试验采用静水压力法和氯离子渗透法,耐磨性试验采用滚珠轴承法。结果表明:所配制的道面再生混凝土耐久性能优于普通道面混凝土,能够满足机场道面要求,抗冻等级高达F250,较普通道面混凝土提高了200%以上,可以满足严寒地区道面混凝土抗冻要求,建议寒冷地区道面再生混凝土的含气量指标为5%~6%,比天然骨料混凝土高1%;道面再生混凝土抗渗静水压力抗渗等级较普通道面混凝土提高了300%以上;道面再生混凝土耐磨性较普通混凝土提高了18%~36%。
