今年93岁的张老健谈,思维敏捷,且记忆力好。行公兴趣广泛,博览古今中外,可以说他是位哲学家、教育家、语言文字学家、诗人、作家,这些称谓对于他都适用,人们只好称他是位杂家,他也乐于接受这一称号。“白首苍颜貌不扬,香奁绮梦定难偿。观棋听侃随缘事,也演浮生戏一场。”这是行公的自题诗。行公自称是“六代之民”——1909年生于河北香河农村一中产偏下人家。先后经历过清末时期、北洋军阀时期、国民政府时期、沦陷时期、抗战胜利后和建国后等六个时期。
