应用明胶海绵治疗儿童鼻出血181例临床分析

：
鼻出血是耳鼻咽喉科的常见症状之一,在门诊就诊患者中以鼻Little区出血最为常见,尤其多见于儿童.传统上多采用局部化学药物烧灼、激光、冷冻和凡士林纱条填塞等方法进行治疗.

鼻出血是耳鼻咽喉科的常见症状之一,在门诊就诊患者中以鼻Little区出血最为常见,尤其多见于儿童.传统上多采用局部化学药物烧灼、激光、冷冻和凡士林纱条填塞等方法进行治疗.我院自2009年1月至2010年3月以来,采用明胶海绵局部创面贴敷止血的方法对儿童鼻中隔Little区出血门诊病例进行治疗,取得较好的效果.现报告如下:
