抗日战争期间,中国共产党领导下的各级政府为冀中抗日根据地的回族提供了多种社会流动的途径,有力地推动了冀中抗日根据地回族社会流动机制的良性运行,并以此逐步赢得了冀中抗日根据地广大回族的支持与参加。与此同时,借助这种回族社会流动机制的良性运行,冀中抗日根据地的广大回族也逐步改善了社会地位,进而实现了自身的社会流动。在当代中国社会中,如何更好地实现政权与回族之间良性互动与互惠也仍然是一个十分值得探讨的问题,而回族社会流动机制的良性运行无疑是实现这种互动与互惠的重要保障。
During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, all levels of government under the leadership of the Communist Party of China provided various ways for the Hui people in the anti-Japanese base areas in the Hebei-Jizhong anti-Japanese base to effectively promote the sound operation of the social mobility mechanism for the Hui people in the anti-Japanese base areas in central Hebei and thereby gradually won Jizhong Anti-Japanese Base Area majority of the Hui support and participation. At the same time, with the healthy operation of this social flow mechanism of the Hui ethnic group, the vast Hui nationality in the anti-Japanese base area in Jizhong gradually improved its social status and realized its own social mobility. In contemporary Chinese society, how to realize benign interaction and reciprocity between the regime and the Hui is still a question worthy of discussion. The healthy operation of the social mobility mechanism of the Hui people is undoubtedly an important guarantee for such interaction and reciprocity.
