中国共产党建党前后蔡和森形成的人才观,是近代中国许多先进分子追求国家独立和民族富强梦想的产物。它经历了由教育救国人才观向革命救国人才观的转变,主要三个方面内容:为什么要培养人才?人才的内涵是什么?怎样培养人才。中国传统人才观是蔡和森人才观的重要源泉,马克思主义人才观是蔡和森人才观的理论指导。不同时代具有不同的人才观,研究蔡和森的革命人才观,对于我们今天与时俱进,培养大批建设中国特色社会主义事业的人才,具有重要的借鉴意义。
The concept of talent that Cai Hesen formed before and after the founding of the Communist Party of China was the product of the dream of many advanced elements in modern China in pursuit of national independence and national prosperity. It has undergone the transformation from the concept of saving the country by educating talents to the concept of saving the nation by revolution. There are three main contents: why do we need to cultivate talents, what is the connotation of talents and how to cultivate talents? The Chinese traditional talent view is an important source of Cai Hesen's talent view. The Marxist talent view is the theoretical guide of Cai Hesen's talent view. It is of great significance to study Cai Hesen's view on revolutionary talent for different times with different viewpoints on talent and to learn from the current situation of advancing with the times and cultivating a large number of talents for the cause of building socialism with Chinese characteristics today.
