目的:探讨注射用复方三维B(Ⅱ)应用在治疗妊娠剧吐中的效果。方法:将56例妊娠剧吐患者随机分为两组,I组静脉输液中应用注射用复方三维B(Ⅱ)。II组为维生素B6联合维生素B1治疗。静脉输液中应用维生素B6,肌注维生素B1。对二组的疗效进行比较。结果:I组疗效明显优于II组。结论:注射用复方三维B(Ⅱ)治疗妊娠剧吐疗效显著,止吐迅速,可作为治疗妊娠剧吐的理想药物。
Objective: To investigate the effect of injection of compound three-dimensional B (Ⅱ) in treating hyperemesis gravidarum. Methods: Fifty - six patients with pregnancy induced hyperemesis were randomly divided into two groups. The compound three - dimensional B (Ⅱ) for intravenous injection in group I was used. Group II is vitamin B6 combined with vitamin B1 treatment. Application of intravenous infusion of vitamin B6, intramuscular injection of vitamin B1. The efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results: The efficacy of group I was better than that of group II. Conclusion: The three-dimensional compound B (Ⅱ) injection has a significant curative effect on hyperemesis gravidarum with rapid antiemetic activity and is an ideal medicine for treating hyperemesis gravidarum.
