本文依据等效折射率概念,通过膜系匹配,设计并制备出优良的截止滤光片和负源光片。本文所讨论的硬膜三色分光膜,是一种光学性能、理化性能及机械性能都十分理想的薄膜,制造工艺简单、适合于大批量生产。
Based on the concept of equivalent refractive index, this paper designs and prepares a good cut-off filter and a negative source light plate by matching the membrane system. The dichroic film of dichroism discussed in this paper is a kind of thin film with excellent optical properties, physical and chemical properties as well as mechanical properties. The manufacturing process is simple and suitable for mass production.
