一、以人为本的产生背景 以人为本在我国是随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立,企业真正成为市场竞争中一个独立的经济主体而产生的。它源自以下背景: 首先是对企业管理认识的深化。简单地说,企业管理就是对人、财、物三要素的管理。传统的管理多偏重于对财与物的管理,但随着现代科技革命和知识经济的发展,知识作为企业的战略资产,已成为企业提升并创造连续竞争优势的源泉,而作为知识和技能载体的人就成为决定企业市场价值
