新疆国税系统,是由15个民族的干部组成的,少数民族干部占到三分之一强。新疆国税系统的稳定离不开各民族干部的团结,国税事业的发展,也要靠各民族国税干部的共同努力来实现。新疆国税局充分认识到了加强民族团结、构建和谐国税的重要性和紧迫性,将之融入到税收实践当中,并做出了有益的尝试。注重培养少数民族干部,为民族团结奠定了良好基础。2003年以来,新疆国税培养100名少数民族干部加入了党组织;

Xinjiang tax system is composed of 15 ethnic cadres, ethnic cadres accounted for more than one-third. The stability of Xinjiang’s tax system is inseparable from the unity of all nationalities and cadres.
