鲁雨亭是河南永城人,名鸿逵,字雨亭。1919年在“五四”爱国运动影响下,鲁雨亭弃文学武,考入河南宏威军事学校。1920年离校后,在旧军队任过掌旗官、军法处长,还任过河北武安县县长。抗日战争全面爆发后,鲁雨亭任国民党河南省政府保安处秘书处长,积极响应共产党抗日救
