从一九四一到一九四五年,我是西南联大哲学系的学生。联大由北大、清华、南开三校组成,教授由三校各自分别聘任。当时哲学系的教授有清华的金岳霖、冯友兰、沈有鼎、王宪钧,北大的汤用彤、贺麟、陈康、郑昕,南开的冯文潜,洪谦当时是外文系教授,也在哲学系开课。这个教授阵容,在当时国内各大学中无疑是最强的。
From 1941 to 1945, I was a student of the Faculty of Philosophy of the Southwest Associated University. The General Assembly by the Peking University, Tsinghua University, Nankai three schools, professors were appointed by the three schools respectively. Philosophers at that time were Tsinghua’s Jinyelin, Feng Youlan, Shen Youding, Wang Xianjun, Peking University’s Tang Yongtong, He Lin, Chen Kang, Zheng Xin and Nankai’s Feng Wenqian. Hong Qian was a professor of foreign languages and was also a professor of philosophy. This professor’s lineup was undoubtedly the most powerful among universities in China at the time.
