探讨了螺旋CT三维 (3 D)表面遮盖法 (SSD)和多平面重组 (MPR)立体和多方位显示骨肿瘤的情况 ,并与常规CT做一比较 选择 2 5例典型恶性骨肿瘤病例 ,均经临床或手术病理证实 ,对其先行螺旋CT平描后全部数据再进行图像处理 结果表明SSD可以很好地立体展现骨肿瘤 ,MPR可从任意平面观察并能进行位置调整 ,清楚地显示肿瘤本身及其骨膜反应、软组织肿块等一系列改变 由此可见 ,SSD和MPR在恶性骨肿瘤显示上有明显的优势 ,可立体或任意平面观察病变 ,丰富了影像信息 ,改变了传统影像思维方式 ,对肿瘤的诊断更加准确 ,同时有助于对局部解剖的全面展示
Spiral CT three-dimensional (3 D) surface dissection (SSD) and multi-planar reformation (MPR) stereo and multi-faceted bone tumors were investigated. A total of 25 cases of typical malignant bone tumors were compared with conventional CT. After clinical or surgical pathology confirmed, all the data after preliminarily spiral CT scans were image processed. The results showed that SSD can stereoscopically demonstrate bone tumors. MPR can be observed from any plane and can be adjusted to clearly show the tumor itself. A series of changes such as periosteal reaction and soft tissue mass can be seen. SSD and MPR have obvious advantages in the display of malignant bone tumors. The lesions can be observed in a stereoscopic or arbitrary plane, which enriches the image information and changes the traditional imaging thinking mode. The diagnosis of the tumor is more accurate and at the same time contributes to the overall display of the local anatomy
