目的 :探讨 70岁以上老年人食管癌围手术期治疗的注意事项。方法 :回顾性总结 1995年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 5月手术治疗 76例 70岁以上老年人食管癌的临床经验。结果 :全组 76例 ,术后颈部吻合口漏 3例 ,胸内吻合口漏 2例 ,经治疗均痊愈出院 ,无手术死亡。结论 :严谨的围手术期处理是 70岁以上老年人食管癌手术成功的重要因素
Objective: To investigate the perioperative treatment of esophageal cancer in the elderly over 70 years old. Methods: The clinical experience of surgical treatment of esophageal cancer in 76 elderly patients over the age of 70 from May 1995 to May 2002 was retrospectively reviewed. Results: The whole group of 76 patients, 3 cases of anastomotic leakage after neck anastomosis and 2 cases of anastomotic leakage in thoracic cavity. All patients were cured and discharged without any surgical death. Conclusions: Rigorous perioperative management is an important factor in the success of esophageal cancer surgery in the elderly over the age of 70
