本文以13一甲基小檗碱为内标,用正相高效液相色谱一荧光检测的方法定量分析尿液中的小檗碱。考察了健康人一次口服0.2g盐酸黄连素糖衣片后96h内小檗碱尿药排泄量变化,按矩量法求得其体内药物平均滞留时间(MRT)为32.63 ±6. 15 h,累积尿药排泄量为 27.49 ± 4.74 u g;首次检测到小檗碱在人体内有四个未知的代谢峰。
In this paper, 13-methyl-berberine as an internal standard, using a normal-phase high performance liquid chromatography with a fluorescence detection method for quantitative analysis of berberine in urine. The change of urinary excretion of berberine within 96 h after oral administration of 0.2 g berberine hydrochloride coated tablets was investigated in healthy subjects. The mean drug retention time (MRT) in vivo was 32.63 ± 6 according to the moment method. 15 h, cumulative urinary excretion of 27.49 ± 4.74 u g; the first detected berberine in the human body has four unknown peaks.
