为了探讨思密达对成人细菌性痢疾的疗效与应用价值，我科于１９９８年分别以思密达保留灌肠治疗细菌性痢疾３２例，对照组２９例，取得了满意的疗效。现将结果报告如下。１ 资料与方法１１ 对象 我院门诊及住院患者。细菌性痢疾者６１例，病程在３天以内者随机分为治疗组
