目的:研究丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性重度一氧化碳中毒的临床疗效。方法:将110例急性重度一氧化碳中毒患者按照数字随机表法分为2组,每组45例,对照组给予一氧化碳中毒的常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注,比较两组治疗后6h、24h、72h乳酸清除率和急性生理和慢性健康状况评分系统-Ⅱ评分,并比较两组治疗前后血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S-100β蛋白水平,比较两组治疗总有效率、病死率和急性一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的发生率。结果:治疗6h、24h后治疗组乳酸清除率明显高于对照组;治疗后6h、24h、72h治疗组急性生理和慢性健康状况评分系统-Ⅱ评分均明显低于对照组;治疗后治疗组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S-100β蛋白水平明显低于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病的发生率明显低于对照组。结论:丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗急性重度一氧化碳中毒可有效提高乳酸清除率,降低急性生理和慢性健康状况评分系统-Ⅱ评分,改善血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、S-100β蛋白水平,降低一氧化碳中毒迟发性脑病发生率,疗效显著。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols in the treatment of acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method, with 45 cases in each group. After treatment, Neuron-specific enolase, S-100β protein levels were significantly lower than the control group, the total effective rate was significantly higher than the control group, the incidence of delayed carbon monoxide poisoning encephalopathy was significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion: Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols adjuvant treatment of acute severe carbon monoxide poisoning can effectively improve the lactic acid clearance rate, reduce acute physiology and chronic health score system-Ⅱ score, improve the level of serum neuron specific enolase and S-100β protein, lower Carbon monoxide poisoning delayed incidence of encephalopathy, a significant effect.
