针对型号研制中LRU级原位替换验证需求,结合试飞阶段工作实际,提出了LRU功能、物理、性能互换性三级流程;基于灰色关联理论对LRU互换性影响因素进行分析,建立了优先替换原则;基于置信度的数理分析,验证了替换充分性,并给出了具体互换性合格判据;最后,基于某型直升机试飞阶段国产化项目典型互换性验证实例,证明了各阶段方法的科学性、准确性及实用性。
Aiming at the requirement of LRU level in-situ replacement in model development and combined with the practical work in test-flight stage, a three-stage procedure of LRU function, physical and performance interchangeability was proposed. Based on the gray relational theory, the influencing factors of LRU interchangeability were analyzed and established. Based on the mathematical analysis of confidence, the adequacy of substitution is verified and the concrete criterion of interchangeability is given.Finally, based on the typical interchangeability test of localization project of some helicopter in flight test, it is proved that each stage The method is scientific, accurate and practical.
