我们发现VDF车床工作一段时间后,主轴箱体内发出时有时无的“轧呱”声。从测听的部位及音质上判断,象是齿轮啮合不到位或金属撞击发出的声音。打开箱体盖板检查各传动部件,却看不出有变速啮合不到位或金属磨损的痕迹。最初,我们更换了轴承,并将箱体及电磁盘全部清洗,按设备二保内容换油后试车,当时比保养前略有好转。但工作一段时间后,噪声又重新出现。
We found that the VDF lathe work for some time after the issue of the spindle box sometimes without “rolling” sound. Judging from the location of the audiometry and sound quality, such as the gear meshing is not in place or the sound of metal impact.
