本文针对轮式挖掘机新产品行驶性能试验中出现的钢板弹簧断裂的故障及其产生的原因，分析了钢板弹簧弹性、理想弹性及油气悬挂弹性的特性，指出采用油气悬挂是轮式挖掘机较理想的悬挂形式。
In this paper, in view of the failure of the leaf spring breakage occurred in the driving performance test of the new product of wheel excavator and its causes, the characteristics of leaf spring elasticity, ideal elasticity and oil-air suspension elasticity are analyzed. It is pointed out that using oil-gas suspension is more important than wheeled excavator Ideal suspension form.
